Date: Saturday, January 16th, 2027

Location: Downingtown STEM Academy, Downingtown PA

Time: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Registration: Open December 14th-16th (iServices will not longer be used, an orientation of the new registration system will be hosted once it is released.

Registration Fees:

Students - $20.00 (lunch included)

• Three lunch options will be available
• Chick-fil-A sandwich, chips, and a bottle of water
• 2 Slices of cheese pizza, chips, and a bottle of water
• 2 Samosas, chips, and a bottle of water 

1st Advisor - Free

Additional Advisors - $10 (must be pre-registered before the conference)

Guests - $10 (must be pre-registered before the conference)

OPTIONAL Judges' feedback form - This must be printed and added to event paperwork. Judges may choose to use this form, add it to the judging portal, or not use it at all.

2027 Judging Sign up

This year's judging requirement will be 1 Judge per 5 students registered.

ALL judges must be secured before conference registration closes. Any chapter that does not meet the judge quota will not be able to register for the conference.

Our conference is currently high school only, so all judges must sign a judging code of conduct before judging. This will include information about which school they are associated with, if they have a child participating in the conference, etc. Violations of this code of conduct will result in a chapter's disqualification from the event being judged. 

Below is the link to the time slots for presubmission and onsite judging. We would LOVE your support for our high school students as many judges are needed to make this conference run smoothly. The team looks forward to your support! 

Judges Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Please avoid any events you may have a conflict of interest with (you will sign a conflict of interest form in order to judge an event). Violations of this code of conduct will result in a chapter's disqualification from the event being judged. 
• Presubmission Judging please sign up for up to 3 events at this time.
• On site Judging please sign up for no more than 1.

Conference rules

• ALL participants MUST register for the conference (including students, advisors, and guests) and will receive a name badge.
• ALL participants MUST be at the conference by 8:30 am. No one will be allowed into the building after 8:30.
• If participants leave before the end of the conference, they will not be allowed back into the building.
• NO food or drinks of any kind will be allowed outside the Student Commons (cafeteria) and Atrium spaces.
