Dr. Thomas R. Winters Outstanding Service Award

The Dr. Thomas R. Winters Award is to recognize an individual who has dedicated his / her time and talents and tireless efforts to make PA-TSA the best organization possible.  In order to be considered for this award, the individual should have been an active chapter advisor for 5 or more years, regularly attending regional and state conferences.  They should have been a leader in Pennsylvania TSA for 3 or more years with the board of directors in a leadership role within the organization and has been constantly working to improve the organization make Pennsylvania a national leader in the Technology Student Association.
