2017 General Costs

Please note that the registration fee and hotel fees should be paid with separate checks.

Conference Registration (Payable ON SITE: PA-TSA)

  • $50.00 per Student/Advisor/Chaperones
  • $30.00 per Guest (not acting as chaperones or advisors; staying on-site)
  • $0.00 per Judges/Alumni/Visitor (daily, not staying on-site)

LATE FEES (Payable ON SITE: PA-TSA, will be added to your bill after registration closes.)

  • $50.00 per Chapter
  • $5.00 per Participant (All advisors, students & guests)

REGISTRATION Cancelation Policy

  • If YOU delete the student from iServices before iServices closes - no fee
  • After iServices closes - 1/2 registration fee charged

Hotel Reservations

Package A - Three nights and all meals

  • Seven Springs:
    • $492.00 per person, single occupancy
    • $368.00 per person, double occupancy
    • $336.00 per person, triple/quad occupancy
  • Hidden Valley:
    • Rates to be determined. (Approximately $20-30 less per night for single, $30-45 less per night for double, $35-40 less per night for triple/quad)

Package B - 2 Night Package, includes six meals

  • Seven Springs:
    • $358.00 per person, single occupancy
    • $260.00 per person, double occupancy
    • $228.00 per person, triple/quad occupancy
  • Hidden Valley:
    • Rates to be determined. (Approximately $20-30 less per night for single, $30-45 less per night for double, $35-40 less per night for triple/quad)

Package C - Individual Nights, includes breakfast

  • Seven Springs:
    • $159.00 per person/per night, single occupancy
    • $116.00 per person/per night, double occupancy
    • $105.00 per person/per night, triple/quad occupancy
  • Hidden Valley:
    • Rates to be determined. (Approximately $20-30 less per night for single, $30-45 less per night for double, $35-40 less per night for triple/quad)

Ala carte Meals (Payable ON SITE: PA-TSA)

  • $18.50 per Breakfast
  • $21.00 per Lunch
  • $29.75 per Dinner

HOTEL Cancelation Policy

  • 14 days prior to conference - no fee
  • less than 14 days - 1/2 reservation fee charged

 

Student Conference Participant Forms (Updated July 2017)
ALL participants MUST have these forms filled out and must be held with the chapter advisor during the Regional AND State Conferences.
