State Conference update

Event Schedule posted

Please visit the State Conference page of the website for a tentative version of the State Conference schedule, by event. Students and advisors should consult this schedule when planning events. Please know that times are not flexible, unless specifically noted. It is imperative that students show up for events on time or risk potential disqualification. While we will do our best not to make changes to this schedule, the final version will appear printed in the conference program, which will be distributed onsite at the conference. The State Conference schedule, by day, will be posted as soon as it is ready.

READ-READ-READ document posted

Students and advisors should consult this important document on the State Conference page of the website as it details any changes necessary to the competitive events at this year’s State Conference. While we do our best to ensure that the events are run according to the National rules, from time to time small changes are necessary due to logistics. Those modifications are published in the READ document and will be implemented at the conference.

PA-Robotics/VEX update

We’ve had a few advisors step to share the coordinating duties of these events – the show will go on this year! Thanks to those individuals who responded to the call for help so quickly - the people associated with TSA never cease to amaze me with their willingness to jump in and help. :)

Judges needed

As the conference approaches, we find ourselves in need of judges for the 90+ competitive events that will take place during the State Conference. It is a monumental undertaking to coordinate and evaluate these events for our students - a feat that wouldn’t be possible without an army of volunteers! Advisors, chaperones, parents, connections with local higher education/industry are all welcome. If you’re interested/able this year, please fill out the form located here: so we can get you scheduled for the events.

Please let me know if you have questions/concerns. Thanks - see you soon!
