With Deepest Regret

Amy Beth Costanza, 34, of Boerne, Texas, went to be with the Lord after a long battle with diabetes on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008.

Amy was born March 10, 1974, in Chambersburg to Tim and Janet Costanza. She received her undergraduate degree in 1996 from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, and her graduate degree in 1999 from Shippensburg University. She moved to Texas in 2006 to be with her family and to spend time with her two nieces Tori and Tana, who adored her and who she adored.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, Wesley Woltz of Newville; her sister Krista and brother-in-law Chad Lux and their two daughters Tori and Tana of Boerne; her paternal grandparents, Charles and Clara Costanza of San Antonio, Texas; her maternal grandmother, Norma Miklos of Charleroi; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request memorial donations be made to any local animal shelter/rescue center in Amy’s name.

I had the honor of serving with Amy on the 1991-1992 State Officer Team.  She was a great student leader in our organization.  She will be deeply missed.
