2022 Bylaw Amendments

The following Bylaw Amendment has been submitted and reviewed by the PA-TSA BOD and deemed to be in proper format and followed all criteria to be presented and voted on at the 2022 PA-TSA State Conference 

Proposal 1

Insert Section 3.7 of Article IV

“A student must currently serve or have previously served in a PA-TSA student committee to run for State Office.”

Section 3.7 will now read: “A student must currently serve or have previously served in a PA-TSA student committee to run for State Office.”

Proposal 2

Strike out and insert into Section 3.6 of Article IV:

Strike out: “In any given year, no more than three individuals from the same school may run for elected or appointed positions on the PA-TSA Officer team.”

Insert in place: “In any given year, no more than one individual from each chapter may run for the same elected State Office.”

Section 3.6 will now read: “In any given year, no more than one individual from each chapter may run for the same elected State Office.”
