Regional Results in iServices

One of the features with iServices is to let you know where your chapter stands in relationship to qualifying events at the State Conference.  In iServices, at the Registration Menu, you can click the "VIEW: Regional Results".  This gives you, at a glance, who qualified for the State Conference in an event. 

As a reminder, events designated with a "Q", means only the person who entered the event and qualified and compete at the State Conference.

Events that have a number beside them, means you are restricted to only the number of entries as noted.  You may exceed the number if ALL participants entered qualified at the regional conference.  For example, Sally, Jim and Mike qualified at regional for an individual event that limits to 2 entries.  Sally cannot make the state conference, ONLY Jim and Mike can enter the event at states.  Missy cannot sub for Sally. 

For team events, any team member can be subbed at anytime up until event check-in. 

Remember, SPELLING COUNTS!  Participants names need to be spelled the same way you entered them for the regional conference as for the state conference.  If you see an error with your chapter's results from regionals, please contact the Conference Director first!

Regional results will be loaded into the system over the next two weeks as they are received by the State Conference Registrar.  The "State Max" column will not show the proper number until after ALL regionals conferences have taken place (March 2).
