Regional Conference Registration

The 2009 Regional Conference season is upon us.  iServices has been going through major back-end development for the regional and state conference registrars.  You will also notice some changes too.

2009 iServices Changes:
  • Advisors will see how many entries are permitted for a regional run event (this feature was offered last year for the state conference, but is now available for EACH region)
  • Billing service is being tested with the regional conference.  It might not be fully functional for your regional conference (regional registrars will be able to print receipts to and distribute at the conference)
  • Improved Error Checking for regional conference
  • Improved Error Checking for state conference
iServices can be accessed via the web at http://patsa-iservices.org/ and help videos and documentation can be found at http://patsa-iservices.org/help/  If you have a question with the system, please contact your regional registrar first.  New advisors can contact Mr. Gold, he is family with the system and can come out and take time to help you with the registration process.

SPELLING COUNTS!  Please make sure you spell the participants name CORRECTLY and you place it in the correct field!  This is important when you register the student in the state conference.  The system will compare results to the regional conference and your entries with the state conference.  For qualifying events, if there is a miss match in spelling, it will not let you register the participant in the state conference.
