State Conference Registration is Open

State Conference registration is now open at http://iservices.patsa.org/ from now until March 25, 2011.  Please do not wait till the end for registration, log in now, and make sure you can access the system.  Complete documentation can be found at http://icm.patsa.org/ along with training videos.

As a reminder:
  • Qualifying "Q" events: If it is an individual event, only the individuals who qualified at regionals may enter, no substitutions.  For team events, you may switch out team members up until they check in for the event.
  • For all other events, you are restricted to the number listed, unless you qualify more at the regional conference.  In which case, EVERY participant you entered must have qualified for the event.  When you are exceeding the maximum number permitted, there is no substitutions.  

If there is a problem with your regional results, please contact your regional registrar FIRST!  Notify them of the problem, they will research it and be able to make the correction in iServices.
