It’s finally here. The 2011 State Conference is just a few weeks away!

Like you, the State Officer Team has been furiously working on putting the final touches on the activities held at States. This year, the number of activities that you as a member can participate in is astounding. If you can’t get enough competition, come participate in the Madden and Guitar Hero Got Game Tournaments or in Ironman. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society and who knows, you may win a prize! If you would like to learn more about Parliamentary Procedure, transitioning from Middle School to High School competition in TSA, Leadership, or Green Initiatives, attend a special interest session. If you just want to chill out and listen to some great talent, stop by “Open Mic Night” on Wednesday Night. At States, there’s something for everyone.

In addition, the theme of the Friday Night Activity is officially Harry Potter so bring your Hogwarts gear and get ready for a magical night! In honor of the Harry Potter theme, the State Officer Team has also organized a raffle for those that bring the train tickets they received at Regionals to the State Conference. State Officers will also be located at Stag Pass selling soft drinks and Cancer lapel pins and would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have during the conference. The officer Pie-In-the-Face cans, Ironman sign-ups will also be located at Stag Pass.

So PA- TSA how do you feel? The Officer Team hopes that you are just as excited as we are for the State Conference! You’ve worked so hard to get to this point and it’s finally time to pull out all the stops and go for the gold as you get set for another trip to Seven Springs. But before you leave, don’t forget that States is more than just a conference; it’s a chance for you to push your limits, forge new friendships, make memories that will last a lifetime, and have fun along the way!

2011 PA- TSA State Conference….Here We Come

Best of luck in your events and can’t wait to meet you at Seven Springs!

P.S. The State Officer Team encourages you to bring at least $1 to donate to the American Cancer Society through Got Game, Ironman, the Pie-In-the-Face contest, or purchases in Stag Pass at States. With your help, we can make a sizable contribution to the fight against Cancer!
