State Conference Update, November 2008

Please read below for a brief list of changes that will be taking place with the upcoming state conference.

  1. The registration fee will be a separate payment made directly to PA-TSA instead of being included with your Seven Springs Reservation.  The registration fee will be paid on site and the hotel reservation will be sent to Seven Springs.
  2. The rates for the upcoming conference are available on the PA-TSA Website.  They can be found on the home page in the Latest Headlines section under State Conference.
  3. There have been many changes to the event list.  Make sure you are using the most updated list which can be found on the website in Appendix E of the handbook.
  4. All written tests will again be administered on Wednesday night and Thursday morning of the conference.  The same procedures will be used as last year.  Please make sure your students are prepared to take all necessary tests during these sessions.
  5. We are working to have the Awards Ceremony broadcasted over the internet so parents can watch their children accept their trophies.
