State Conference Registration
You must bring your registration check with you to the Registration at the conference on Wednesday night.  You will not be able to pick-up any registration materials until you are paid.  The check should be made payable to PA-TSA.

Event Updates
Please make sure all projects have the student or team ID on all paperwork, displays, projects, etc. BEFORE arriving at event check in.  You can obtain the student or team ID numbers from iServices at anytime.

For PA-Digital Video, you do NOT need to submit a video for pre-judging.  ALL participants will participate in the "final" of the event.  ALL teams should report ot the event check-in for that event as noted in the conference program.

There will be written test sessions on Wednesday night and Thursday morning for all events that require one.  We will follow the same guidelines as last year.
    A.  For team events, all team members must take the test during the same session or the team will be disqualified.
    B.  There will be no tests given after the final testing session.
    C.  Only one test may be taken per session, even if a student finishes early.
    D.  No one will be permitted to enter the session after testing has begun, even if the student would still have enough time to finish the test.  Late arrivals cause a distraction for those that are testing.
    E.  Students that are taking multiple tests must plan ahead so that they can complete all the tests during the assigned sessions.  Each level will have five testing sessions.

Some speech events will have preliminary heats in the morning and then the top 10 will compete in the finals during the afternoon.  When signing up for times on Wednesday night, pay attention to your heat.  At this time I cannot state what events will have heats because number of entries has not yet been finalized.

As in years past, each chapter will need to fill a designated number of security slots based on the number of students attending from the chapter.  For every 12 students, one slot must be filled.  Chapters staying off-site or in the Condos will NOT be required to fill a slot.  No TSA security will be provided outside of the main complex.  To help with planning, advisors may sign-up before the conference for Wednesday night check-in slots.  Below is a list of available slots.  If you would like one or more of the slots, email me at croth@patsa.org and state what slots you are filling.  I will respond to confirm the assignment.  No chapter will receive their registration materials until they have filled the designated number of slots during the registration process on Wednesday night.
