Bylaws Amendment
An amendment to the PA-TSA Bylaws has been proposed by Phil Ross of Lower Merion
High School. The proposal reads as follows:
Whereas, benefitting society as a whole is a central goal of technology
and engineering; be it resolved, that Article II, Section 2 of the PA-TSA Bylaws
will be amended by inserting a new paragraph 2.12 that reads as follows:
"Encourage students to build relationships with other TSA chapters as well
as improve human lives and the communities in which they live, through
mentoring, collaboration, and community service."
Chapter delegates will have the opportunity to debate and vote on this amendment
during the business meeting at the state conference.
