As PA TSA has evolved our governing bylaws have not. This summer a committee was formed to update our bylaws to reflect the changes in PA TSA over the years. At the Board of Directors meeting at the TEEAP conference motions were made and approved to change the bylaws. The next step in the process is for each chapter to vote for or against the motions that have been approved.
According to our bylaws, any changes must be advertised for a minimum of 30 days before a vote can take place. The motions will be available for viewing from November 13th to December 13th. Voting will take place from December 14th to January 14th. The vote will be tallied and submitted for the Board meeting on Jan 15th at Grantville PA. There needs to be an approval of 2/3rds of the chapters for the changes to be made. Any chapters that have not voted will get a reminder every 5 days as a reminder to vote. Advisors that have registered in iServices will receive ballots that will be conducted by way of survey monkey on line.
