The TEAP conference was a huge success last week. For those of you who attended, I hope you were able to pick up some new ideas to take back to your classroom.

The Advisors update meeting on Thursday was successful with about 12 new and recently new advisors in attendance. I am hopeful we were able to answer the questions well enough and direct them to the correct places to seek further assistance.

This promises to be an exciting year. I hope you have been able to start your students on their competitive events by now. The regional conferences will be upon us in no time. The conferences are always exciting for the students and advisors alike.

If you have questions, I would like to refer you to your Regional Coordinator for guidance. They are the ones who really have an idea of the workings of your region. Don’t hesitate to call or email your coordinator, they are there to help and are a great group of people.
