Business Meeting The meeting was called to order at 8:12 PM on April 22nd, 2005 by President Jenna Derrico. All officers were present and in their places. Sergeant-at-Arms Mike Rittenhouse reported the following guests were present: • Judges • Alumni • Parents • Other guests to be introduced at a later time Reports The minutes were read by Secretary Brad Shulenberger. The minutes were approved as read. Treasurer Jill Morrissey read the Treasurer’s Report. It was approved and subject to audit. Historian Robert Kosarowich read the Fall Leadership Conference Committee Report. Unfinished Business There was no unfinished business. New Business Mr. Mike Amrhein then spoke on behalf on National TSA Board of Directors. Dr. Thomas Winters presented the Thomas Winters Award. Mr. Craig Jarret presented the Outstanding Technology Student Scholarships. Amendment’s one, two, and three as stated in the chapter folder were then passed. Mr. Chris Roth, State Conference Coordinator spoke about program announcements. The next order of new business was the announcement of the newly elected officers. The following were selected to serve on the 2005 – 2006 State Officer Team. President: Brad Shulenberger Vice-President: Emily Snyder Secretary: Terri Monsaratti Treasurer: Royce Clutter Reporter: Robert Kosarowich Sergeant-at-Arms: Geoff Quinque A few announcements were then made concerning various events and activities.
